1. Who we are

TradeQuote is a quote builder for UK Plumbing, Heating and Air-conditioning Installers. It is run by Callum MacMurray, trading as Fasho, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB. Email: hello@fasho.co.uk. "We" and "us" in these terms means Callum MacMurray trading as Fasho.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email and password. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Your quotes, saved prices and customer details are private to your account.

3. Plans and payment

  1. Free: try TradeQuote with the limits shown on our pricing page.
  2. Monthly: £12 a month, taken by card through our checkout. It renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part months.
  3. Lifetime: a one off payment for access for as long as TradeQuote runs. It's linked to the email you paid with, and is activated with the code we email you.
  4. Paid plans include 100 AI messages a month, with top ups available. Your allowance is shown in the app.
  5. Prices include VAT if we're VAT registered. We'll show this at checkout.

4. Refunds and your right to cancel

If you're buying as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of paying and get a full refund by emailing hello@fasho.co.uk. If you've already used the paid features in that time, we may deduct a fair amount for what you used. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

5. Your quotes

TradeQuote is a tool for building quotes. The prices, VAT, terms and work in any quote you send are your responsibility. Check every quote before you send it, including VAT rates and any line items suggested by the AI. TradeQuote does not guarantee any job, payment or result.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, share your login or paid access with people outside your account, try to get round the device limit, or use TradeQuote to mislead customers.

7. Our liability

We provide TradeQuote with reasonable care and skill, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. We're not responsible for business losses, lost profit or lost data, as far as the law allows. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@fasho.co.uk. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we ever close TradeQuote, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes by email or in the app. We won't take away access you've already paid for.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
